The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

  • Processing Time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check, and packaging. All orders are sent to the warehouse for dispatch within 1 to 2 hours after the order is placed.
  • Shipping Time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. Delivery usually takes about 12 hours to 72 hours. We will replace the item or offer a refund if you haven't received your order after 7 days of purchase.


To fulfils orders as expeditiously as possible, items may be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping. Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries.
